Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within a limited time from the moment the order is placed. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Customers should contact support immediately for cancellation requests.

Product Replacement

We offer product replacement under the following conditions:

  • If the wrong item is delivered.
  • If the product is expired or compromised.
  • Customers must provide clear photos and invoice details.
  • Requests should be submitted within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Freshness of Delivered Product

If tea arrives damaged or compromised, customers must inform support within a few days of delivery with proof.
